Online booking works for some, but we prefer to know you, hear your needs, priorities, and pain points, so you can relax as we do the heavy lifting and provide experienced advice and accountability, PLUS provide support and advocacy when you need it most.

Our aim is for you to have the best booking and travel experience right from the very start. In our discovery discussion, we will ask a lot of questions and probe for details, so the more information you can provide about the who, what, when, and where of your travel will lend itself for the best success.

You can sit back and relax and do what you do, while we do the work to meet your wish list, timelines, and budget. With our industry tools and contacts, we will prepare the best options and present them for you to review and decide.

Now that you have chosen what option suits best, we will proceed with all the details and payments to the service providers. Confirmations are provided to you for review and we go over each piece step by step with you, and answer any questions you may have.

Rest assured we are here should you have anything unexpected happen or need support or advocacy before or during your travel. You won’t be the one on hold with an airline for hours when you have a change or question - we are happy to manage these issues for you.

Let’s Talk Fees
Klondike Travel's consulting fee provides for the valuable time and services of a local travel professional, paid by salary, not commission, and 100% unbiased, so you can be sure you are getting the straight goods. Included in the fee is all the research with our exclusive industry tools, comparisons to online consumer offers, and advice and recommendations to source the best value. We know the bad deals and marketing tricks the online environment bombards you with and we often rescue those fallen prey to the lure of that deal to good to be true.
We do this all day every day so we are confident on the most commonly requested travel, but the world is huge with many gems so we are always learning and expanding our knowledge base. Our relationship isn't about the most transactions, biggest sales, or getting our business on the stock exchange. We are a boutique agency embracing our community and clients with an engaging team and a true desire to help.
We essentially do all of the heavy lifting for you and ensure all the details are taken care of before, during, and after your trip. When you are investing hundreds, often thousands in travel, paying a professional for expertise is a small price to pay to ensure everything is looked after and you have peace of mind.
Our clients value our team and services and happily adopt our fees, knowing we are fair, accountable, and their support is going right back into the community through our employees. Our consulting fees are non-refundable starting at $50 plus GST per traveller over the age of 12, per trip, with the fee increasing depending on how complicated the travel. No fees are charged or work completed until discussed and agreed upon prior.
If bringing a corporate book of business we will review and propose a suitable fee schedule. No contracts are required for our corporate program, though a mutual fee agreement will be made prior to any work commencing.
Group bookings are reviewed prior to work commencing, and a suitable management fee proposed.
As with most all businesses, payment is due at the time of booking, however, we do offer flexible payment options for groups, pre-package travel, and corporate travel.
